How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your myroERP account from within the app. Follow these steps:
- Open the myroERP app and log in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Account Settings.
- Tap Close Account.
- A verification code will be sent to your email. Enter the code.
- Your account will be closed.
Data Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
- User account information (name, email)
- Company information and settings
- Customers, suppliers and related data
- Invoices, orders and payment records
- Products, stock movements and warehouses
- Accounting records (bank, cash, checks)
- CRM data (opportunities, activities)
- Employee and payroll records
- Project and task data
- Notifications and device tokens
- Subscription information
Retention Period
After requesting account closure, your data is retained for 30 days. During this period, you can reactivate your account. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
